BluePrint Service offers free support to users for all of our PlanSpace Virtual Plan Room accounts.

Technical support requests can be submitted via email at bps@blueprintservice.com, or by telephone (800)640-4539.

Although BluePrint Service is proud to support our PlanSpace Virtual Plan Rooms, this page has been dedicated as a first-stop resource.

Here are a few common troubleshooting techniques that can be used before requesting technical support.

How do I order a set of plans?

To order a complete set, simply click "Order" above the Job Details page and complete the transaction by using the "Shopping Cart" under the main menu.

At times, partial set orders may be permitted.  You can order partial sets by clicking the View Plans, View Specs, or View Addenda tab and selecting individual files.

How do I download plans?

To download plans, you must be a registered user.  Use the "Register for an Account" link to complete the registration process.

Once you are logged in to the system, a "Download" button will appear above the Job Details page.  Click "Download" once, then use the "Download Queue" to complete your file download.

How do I print plans myself?

To print plans, simply download them.  Once plans are downloaded, they are fully functional pdf documents.  You must download Adobe Reader to open pdf files and print.

How do I recover my username or password?

If you forgot your login credentials, simply use the Forgot Username/Password link.

Plans and Specs preview will not load under View Plans, View Specs, or View Addenda tab?

Please be certain that you have Adobe Flash loaded on your system.  If Adobe Flash is present, but files will still not load, please notify us at bps@blueprintservice.com for further troubleshooting.

When I attempt to View Download Queue, My Download Queue does not appear on the screen.

If you are using Internet Explorer, Compatibility View must be activated.  You can activate Compatibility View by either clicking the icon next to the address bar, or by clicking the "Tools" menu and checking "Compatibility View."
